Intuition: Why is it important?

This is the first installment in a series on destiny. What is it? Why is it important? How do we recognize our destiny? How do we listen to it and follow it? How can we live it?

We all have one single, noble destiny – to live the best life possible. Under that large umbrella, we each have our own individual path, or corridor, on that journey. How we recognize our individual destiny, how we follow our destiny, and live that life is up to us. How can we recognize life’s signs, how can we learn to trust our own way (not following others) is what these newsletters and our book, Corridor of Destiny, are all about.

We follow our path, or corridor, by following our heart and what we love. If we’re too busy trying to please others, we’re unable to recognize and know who each of us truly are, the purpose for why each of us are here in this lifetime today, now, at this critical juncture! And if we don’t know who we are, at our deepest levels, we will miss out on our best life. We miss out on even knowing about our endless potential.

Intuition: Why is it important?

When we are out of alignment with our destiny, our life can go sideways. That process of disruption is one way life attempts to steer us back on track. Sometimes crises, health issues, relationships, separations, job loss, can be an invitation – a call – to help guide us back into alignment with our destiny.

Intuition is our compass. Intuition is the basis of our inherent wisdom. We all have it! But how can we recognize intuition, develop it, trust it, and lead with it? That’s what we’ll be exploring in our newsletter series.

Two Minds: Analytical and Intuitive

You have a second mind and it’s unused.

“What if our intuition was one mind, and thought was another?”

“Our analytical ‘thinking’ mind is loud, language-based, slow and deliberate, designed to weight out risks and control outcomes.”

“Our intuitive mind offers a whisper of immediate knowing – like a download – without clear explanation. It draws on billions of neurochemical signals from our 39+ senses. It uses multidimensional awareness.”

“These two minds – the analytical and intuitive – define human cognition and form the reality of our human experience.”

“Success today, in the Anthropocene age of AI, UAPs, climate change, and over population, depends upon our ability to navigate the unknown, to imagine new paths forward.”

“Intuition is our compass. Ask your intuition to guide; ask it to set the course. Use your analytic mind to determine how to take concrete actions to make that goal a reality.”

“When these two minds marry in partnership, as allies, they are limitless in their potential together. They empower us to be free, to lead, to be accountable.”
